ATTORNEY PROFILES







CAROLYN GOLDSCHMIDT was born in New York City and attended Hunter College and University of Arizona Law School. She started her career as an attorney at the Law Offices of Dennis A. Rosen. She has practiced community association law since 1987, and is certified as a real estate specialist by the State Bar of Arizona.

Carolyn is a member of the Community Associations Institute, and served on the Board of Directors for CAI’s Southern Arizona Chapter for seven years, including the offices of Secretary and President. She also is a member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). Carolyn has training and experience in alternative dispute resolution as a mediator and communication facilitator. She teaches courses in community association law at the Hogan School of Real Estate and for AACM, and has lectured frequently on the subject for various groups and community boards.

While she was in law school, Carolyn was a member of the Board of Directors for the Association in which she resided for approximately five years, three of which she served as Board President. In addition, before law school Carolyn was a commercial and residential asset manager for a local real estate developer.
